We ship collection containers and prepaid return labels to your facility at no cost. After each case, staff drop eligible used devices in the container — whole, as-is.
No sorting, no cutting, no sterilizing, no extra work at the point of care. It takes seconds per case. When a container is full, seal it and hand it to the carrier with the prepaid label.

We confirm your shipment by email when it arrives. Once it's processed, you get an itemized report detailing every device we're paying for — and your payment.

What does it cost?
Nothing. The kits, the shipping, and the processing are free — we pay you, not the other way around.
Is this reprocessing?
No. Devices we collect never return to clinical use. This is recycling for value — a one-way trip out of your facility. FDA-regulated reprocessing (cleaning devices for reuse) is a different service entirely.
Do we still need our waste hauler?
Yes — sharps and biohazard waste still need a licensed hauler. We shrink that waste stream by pulling the valuable devices out of it, which means you pay to dispose of less.
What if a device is damaged?
Send it anyway. Many damaged devices still qualify at reduced or materials value — the quote we send back will show you exactly what each one is worth.
